Privacy policy

Wesolvers LTD runs IsHacked and is the controller of the personal data it holds.

What we store. Your email address, any extra alert addresses and webhook URL you add, the URLs you monitor, scan results (including the homepage HTML from the latest scan), and billing identifiers from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Why. To sign you in, run the checks, send alerts, and bill your subscription.

Processors. Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Hetzner (hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (DNS and network) and NordVPN (outbound connections for location checks).

Retention. Scan history is kept for the last 60 checks per site, with full snapshots for the last 10. Delete a site to remove its results; email us to delete your account. A free check result can be opened by anyone with its link for 7 days.

Cookies. A single cookie keeps you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
